Class action lawsuits commenced over SAT mistakes

It's class action lawsuits all round over SAT errors, with the Houston Chronicle reporting on three Minnesota law firms have begun a class-action lawsuit against the College Board and one of its contractors about scoring errors for thousands of students who took the SAT last October.

Preliminary papers in the suit were served Friday in a state court in Hennepin County, Minn. Officials say it is the first legal action in the matter.
