Class action lawsuit taken against Fairfax Financial Holdings

Milberg Weiss have taken a class action lawsuitagainst Fairfax Financial Holdings Inc and officers relating to - among other things - allegedly bogus reinsurance contracts with 'captive' subsidiaries and which the lawsuit alleges were bogus, financial transactions.
