Class Action lawsuit settled over inaccurate Praxis scores

The Lousisiana Court is to Notify Teaching Candidates About $11.1 Million Settlement of Class Action Lawsuits The notification is to alert people who took the Praxis Principles
of Learning and Teaching: Grades 7-12 ("PPLT") teacher certification test from
January 2003 through April 2004, about a proposed settlement of litigation
against Educational Testing Service ("ETS").
